Independent brand and product experience studio Bukwild has further strengthened its executive leadership team by promoting Isis Dallis to President. Formerly the EVP Brand Experience, Dallis’s new role reflects not only her past successful leadership, helping to unify teams and growing brand relationships, but also represents an evolution of Bukwild’s offering and purpose.

Dallis’s new role marks the next chapter for the agency as it adapts to better serve current clients and help launch the world’s most inspired and disruptive brands and startups. She will function as a key decision-maker in bringing Bukwild’s new vision to life and also guide the business and company culture in service of that mission. This will include managing the firm’s strategic roadmap, acting as the caretaker of the company’s core and aspirational values, and further deepening Bukwild’s expertise in product development, design, digital, content creation, and business strategy.

“When Isis originally came on at Bukwild, she immediately made her presence felt, helping us push the boundaries of what we could accomplish for our brand partners,” explains Bukwild CEO Ryan Vanni. “Now that we’re playing a central role in helping build brands at an infrastructural level, her guidance will be even more crucial, both in collaborating with our teams and with clients.”

As a leader, Dallis brings experience, innovative thinking and the unique perspective from working for a variety of large advertising agencies, well-known consumer brands and her own non-profit. Before coming to Bukwild, Dallis held senior level positions at acclaimed agencies Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide where her clients ranged from Coca-Cola to Planned Parenthood, and MeringCarson where she led projects for Paramount Studios and The Walt Disney Company. Before that, Dallis managed cross-functional teams at global clothing and accessories retailer Gap, Inc. She then co-founded and ran the social enterprise Camellia Network (now LifeSet Network), a non-profit startup committed to helping the thousands of young people who are forced out of the foster care system once they turn 18 years old. For her efforts and the organization’s achievements, Dallis was nominated as a 2014 CNN Hero.

Over her career, she’s worked with such category leading brands as Amazon, Fitbit, CLIF, Krave, Del Monte, Stikwood, King Arthur Flour, The Center for Infectious Disease Research (now Seattle Children’s Research Institute), Openpath, and various wine and spirit brands including Dark Horse, Prophecy, Apothic, Camarena, and New Amsterdam. Now as President, Dallis will apply her experience toward improving Bukwild’s already powerful team and offering.

"Bukwild's talent stack has always been impressive,” says Dallis. “But what sets this place apart is its ability to maintain an outsider's grit and perspective - something sorely missing from in house brand teams that are often too close to the company mission to effectively relate to the needs and sensibilities of real people. I think we're at a time where brands need that kind of honesty and insight more than ever, and I couldn't be more excited to help lead Bukwild into its next chapter."
